All text, artwork, and layout are double-checked by two staff members. If any text error, artwork distortion, or layout mistake is caused by our artwork review, layout, or printing, we will unconditionally rework, remake, and bear all losses.

If mass production has quality issues such as print peeling, severe color difference, workmanship defects, or damaged/defective items, we will provide free rework, replacement, or exchange, without excuses or delays.
